The top, ankle and arch zones all have a special elastic to keep the garment in place. THE SEAMLESS CONNECTION: for added comfort and warmth, the sock and pant have a seamless connection. This eliminates the possibility of a gap or bunching forming in traditional Long Johns to increase comfort and warmth. TTHE SOFT TOUCH WAISTBAND: is engineered to stay up on the waist without binding or rolling over. The typical baselayer places their brand logo in the band, but we feel this constricts the garment’s ability to stretch. PLUSH CUSHIONING: is strategically placed where you need it most, toes foot bottom, heel, and ankle. The extra cushioning helps to provide comfort and create air pockets that trap warm air to keep your feet warm. THE INTIMATE bleND OF WOOL/ACRYLIC: has great wicking attributes, allowing the wearer to stay cool when the weather warms up, as well as stay warm when the weather cools down. THE THERMAL CHANNELS: on the leg, allows for a better stretch and recovery than the typical flat jersey or the traditional thermal knit. The Thermal knit in particular lacks the degree of stretch and recovery needed for a snug, flexible fit. The improved fit allows the Long Josh’s and Jayne’s to be worn under jeans or winter wear.
